Quality Policy

Nackademin maintains a quality policy that covers our vocational college programs, along with our specialized corporate training programs and open courses.

HVE Programs

Nackademin operates in accordance with the national requirements and guidelines set for vocational colleges. The quality assurance of Nackademin’s HVE programs is subject to the oversight and review of an external body, specifically the Swedish Authority for Higher Vocational Education.

Customized Training Programs

Nackademin shall conduct customized training programs in accordance with the agreement and guidelines for quality and follow-up set by the customer in collaboration with Nackademin for the training.

Open Courses

Nackademin conducts open courses with specific quality objectives for each training session completed. These objectives are assessed through evaluations conducted after each session. The evaluations focus on the training content, pedagogical framework, and the instructor’s performance level.

Consultant Recruitment

Nackademin hires consultants who are specialists in their respective fields. All consultants are quality assured in terms of subject expertise and pedagogical skills. After completing a training assignment, Nackademin evaluates and provides feedback on the results and any actions to the respective consultant.

Ongoing Quality Assurance

Nackademin works with ongoing quality assurance and development by following up on completed reports, surveys, statistics, and analyses.
Results below the established level for quality initiate improvement and quality development work. Nackademin has administrative systems such as CRM and
Learnpoint. All documentation of actions taken for quality assurance is documented in these two systems.

This quality policy is established and approved by Nackademin’s management group.
